A New Definition For the Ascension of Humanity

Ascension in my experience pertains to the complete and unbridled expression of what I call one's "Authentic Self". The Authentic Self is essentially what many refer to as a human being but "stripped" of the so called life history they have been imprinted and programmed with. To give you an initial experience of this I provide the following metaphor for your consideration.

Many of you are familiar with the phrase "emotional baggage". This term is often used in and likely derives from the context of relationships. Now imagine that when an individual is born into this reality they immediately inherit a large knapsack that is strapped onto their backs. This knapsack is used to store all of the memories of their life experience. Each and everyday this knapsack has material added to it.

Over time the weight of the knapsack grows. As it does the individual feels the greater weight and finds their posture stooping more and more forward as they walk through their life. The weight not only makes life more challenging it also drains their remaining life energy from their bodies.

Now since the individual is "programmed" to believe that the past cannot be changed then metaphorically whatever is added to the knapsack cannot be removed. Hence it's weight by necessity must steadily grow. Ultimately there comes a point when the individual can no longer bear the weight and they fall flat on their face and are crushed to death by the enormous weight of all that the knapsack carries. This is exactly what happens here in this reality we find ourselves in.

Another way of saying this is that the weight of all our life experiences, mistakes, failures, disappointments, trauma, abuses, stresses, and so on accumulate inside of us, contribute to the "gravity" of an unfulfilled life lived, deplete us of our life energy and the enthusiasm for life and thereby lead us to give up on life itself.

As you can see the "direction" of movement in all of this is "downward" and not upwards as depicted by the concept of ascension. Everything is moving downwards during what we have called "life" in this reality: our energy, our health, our ability to be creative, our ability to fulfill our true potential, our motivation to be alive, our spirit and so on. Even more ironically what we call "life" and "living" is actually the process of "dying".

Releasing this life history from what is referred to as the "energy field" of the individual has numerous ramifications and consequences that yields an experience although uncommon in our current reality, once felt resounds with an eternal familiarity akin to a feeling of "going home". By implication I am clearly also suggesting that a process by which such 'history" can be released does now exist. What it means to "release" this history will be discussed later and the process by which this takes place more elaborately expounded upon.

One of the ramifications of this release of past history comes the experiential awareness that one's life force energy spontaneously returns to and becomes re-integrated with the physical body. This is felt as a revitalization felt throughout one's being at all levels, intellectually, emotionally, physically and spiritually. It is described and felt as the experience of being truly present, grounded, clear and alive. Many have also described this as having one's "vibration" raised. The vibration in question is the "vibrancy" associated with evolved beings who appear enlightened and radiant.

This is, in my view the path to the Ascension of Humanity.
