Heart Changes

There will be physical and spiritual changes within the Heart during the ascension process. From time to time and for seemingly no reason at all, you may experience a rapid or racing heart beat, energy or pressure, or strange heart palpatations or fluttering sensations that are not due to physical exercise or exertion. You may experience these heart symptoms even after other medical conditions or physical heart issues are ruled out.

There may be other strange sensations within or around the heart or chest area that occur out of the blue or during periods of heightened spiritual energy; the heart may react this way whenever you are around something or in a location that has a high vibration or powerful energy. This may also occur when you near or in contact with someone who has a high vibration or a powerful energy, or someone who you resonate with or who is meant to play an important role in your life.

The heart may also react this way when around places, things or people whenever there is a darker or negative energy present. The feelings of fear and anxiety can cause these heart symptoms as well. If no medical condition or present danger exists then simple breathing and relaxation techniques can help relive these symptoms.

The Ascension process has a lot to do with the spiritual heart and the awakening of the Heart Chakraand the expansion of heart-centered consciousness and love. The spiritual heart is changing and the physical symptoms may correspond to this. Your heart chakra opens more as you beging to embody more light and Uncondional Love. You begin to feel energy within the heart as you feel interconnected and One with All. These symptoms can occur suddenly whenever there are energetic changes or energy activations taking place within the physical and spiritual heart.
